After a run
Results show your words per minute, accuracy and a speed chart. Every keystroke feeds per-letter stats, so typesilk can name your weakest keys and shade them on a keyboard in your language's layout. Press t and the next run is built around them.
Your best run in each setup comes back as a ghost caret to race. The profile keeps your streak, a year of activity, records and 26 badges.
Languages
English, German, Spanish and French, with optional punctuation and numbers. Word lists go from the 200 most common words up to 20,000 in English, 10,000 in German and 1,000 in Spanish and French.
Questions
How is words per minute calculated?
Correct characters divided by five, per minute of typing. A run at 60 wpm is 300 correct characters per minute.
Do I need an account?

Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Only with a physical keyboard connected. Without one, the page shows a note.
